Terms and Conditions of Service

1.   Booking and Reservation

A booking is confirmed only upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total session fee. Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.   Payment Terms

The balance payment must be completed on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session or withholding of final deliverables.

3.   Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling is allowed once, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. Subsequent changes may attract an additional fee.
• In the unlikely event that the photographer cancels, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4.   Lateness Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a reduced session time without a reduction in cost. Sessions delayed beyond 20 minutes without prior communication may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit shall be forfeited.

5.   Image Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered within 7 business days after selection, unless otherwise agreed.
• Only selected images will be edited unless otherwise agreed.
• Raw (unedited) images are not provided under any circumstances.

6.   Image Selection and Editing

Clients are responsible for selecting their preferred images within 48 hours after receiving proofs. Delays in selection will affect delivery timelines. Editing includes standard retouching — lighting correction, color grading, and minor skin retouching. Extensive or stylistic edits beyond the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

7.   Usage Rights

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the final images for personal and professional purposes, including but not limited to LinkedIn profiles, personal portfolios, and brand materials.
• Commercial use beyond the agreed scope requires prior written consent from the photographer.
• The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images produced.

8.   Portfolio and Promotional Use

The photographer reserves the right to use images from any session for portfolio display, marketing, and promotional purposes — including social media and the photographer's website — unless the client expressly declines this in writing before the shoot commences.

9.   Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for their appearance on the day of the session, including outfit selection, personal grooming, and punctuality. While general guidance may be provided by the photographer, final responsibility for presentation rests with the client.

10.   Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, the photographer shall not be liable for factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to client appearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen equipment failure. In the event of total image loss attributable to the photographer, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made by the client.

11.   Agreement

By booking a session and/or checking the agreement box on the booking form, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
